Hi guys! My current favorite song is heavenfaced / The National, hence my blog post title! Today was a wonderful day. I got so much school work done this morning and my roommate and boyfriend decided to give me a mini iphone photo shoot.
Some are obviously candid like this one! I am very insecure about my smile and laugh but my boyfriend can't stress enough how much he loves it.
My roommate said "hold this! We should do this!" It was amazing. She drew the white dots beneath my eyes. It was so fun because she looked so natural telling me what to do and what she was envisioning.
The prism is from Earthbound and the other thing is a bismuth crystal. My boyfriend is obsessed with gems and minerals. So rad.
We went shopping shortly after for Christmas presents! I'm not sure about other asian families, but mine doesn't really celebrate it traditionally, but I still love buying presents for everyone. And I love that they still appreciate it even if Christmas isn't their thing.

Sorry for the cheesiness lol. I was just laying here and thinking about how great Jacob is! Anyway, i should probably get up soon to face going back to school after a snow day. I'm dreading the drive! Not to mention I have speech class today. I wish I could be one of those people who don't have any problem with speaking in front of an audience. Darn!
